Refund and Return Policy

At American Tech Institution LLC (“ATI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality Data Science education. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our courses and services.

By enrolling in any course, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Services Policy

American Tech Institution LLC provides digital educational services, including:

• Online Data Science courses

• Live virtual classes

• Recorded training sessions

• Course materials and downloadable resources

Due to the digital nature of our services, traditional “returns” do not apply. However, refunds may be issued under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must meet the following criteria:

A. Time-Based Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7–14 days of the official course start date.

• Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund.

B. Usage-Based Eligibility

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

• A significant portion of the course has been completed.

• Course materials have been downloaded.

• Live sessions have been attended beyond the initial trial period (if applicable).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to attend live sessions

• Change of personal schedule

• Lack of technical skills required for the course

• Dissatisfaction after substantial course completion

• Violation of student code of conduct

• Dismissal due to academic dishonesty or misconduct

• Missed payment deadlines under installment plans

Administrative or processing fees may also be non-refundable.

4. Installment Payment Plans

If a student enrolls under a payment plan:

• Refund eligibility applies only to payments made.

• Outstanding balances remain due unless otherwise approved in writing.

• Failure to complete payment does not automatically cancel enrollment obligations.

5. Course Cancellation by ATI

If American Tech Institution LLC cancels a course:

• Students will receive a full refund, OR

• Students may choose to transfer to a future session.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, students must:

2. Include:

   • Full name

   • Course name

   • Enrollment date

   • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Processing Time

• Approved refunds may take 5–15 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

• ATI is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Students agree to contact ATI before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of course access

• Additional administrative fees

• Collection action if necessary

9. Policy Changes

American Tech Institution LLC reserves the right to update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
