These Student Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all students enrolled in courses offered by American Tech Institution LLC (“ATI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in any course, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Enrollment Agreement
By enrolling in a Data Science course at American Tech Institution LLC, you confirm that:

Access duration is limited to the time stated at enrollment.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Student Code of Conduct
All students must:

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Complete assignments honestly.

Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty.

Follow instructor and institutional guidelines.
Any violation may result in warnings, suspension, or dismissal without refund.

Recorded sessions
are the exclusive property of American Tech Institution LLC.
Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning purposes only.
7. Attendance & Participation
Students are responsible for:

Attending scheduled sessions (live or online)

Completing assignments on time

Participating actively in coursework
Failure to participate may impact certification eligibility.
8. Certification Policy
Certificates are issued only when:

All required coursework is completed

All payments are fully made

Academic standards are met
ATI does not guarantee employment, internships, or salary outcomes.
9. Technology Requirements
Students must have:

A stable internet connection

A compatible computer/laptop

Required software installations
ATI is not responsible for technical limitations on the student’s side.
10. Limitation of Liability
American Tech Institution LLC is not responsible for:

Personal career decisions

Job market outcomes
-
Indirect or consequential damages

Technical failures beyond our control
All services are provided “as is.”
11. Termination of Enrollment
ATI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment if:

Payment obligations are not met

Code of conduct is violated

Academic dishonesty occurs
-
Policies are breached
Termination may occur without refund.
12. Policy Updates
ATI may update these Student Terms at any time. Continued enrollment or participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which American Tech Institution LLC is registered.
